1: How long does it take to process your orders?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt, provided the product is in-stock and all necessary verification processes have been completed.


2: How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Our order delivery timeline is usually between 2-7 business days from the order ship date. However, please note that drop ship items ship directly from the manufacturer and so delivery times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer (usually between 14-21 days). Back-ordered merchandise will ship as soon as the item becomes available.

3: Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we do. For bulk orders, and any orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of the United States, please contact us for better shipping rates. Note that orders requiring a lift-gate, inside delivery or residential delivery service will be assessed an additional fee depending on the freight carrier used.

Fuel Surcharges – Due to escalating fuel charges from our freight carriers, we are forced to pass on a fuel surcharge on all truck orders.

4: Do you accept POs?

Yes, but at this time, we are only accepting POs from Government institutions, schools, hospitals, and universities. Please send all POs to orders@cimadex.com.   

5: Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Domestic Orders: We process all orders; however, we apply a $20 processing fee for any orders below $150. We carry a variety of both medical and non-medical related products which are used in medical and educational facilities. So please feel free to browse through our store for the list of products we carry. If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our store, let us know and we can help you find it.  

International Orders: We process all orders; however, we apply a $100 processing fee for any orders below $1,000. We carry a variety of both medical and non-medical related products which are used in medical and educational facilities. So please feel free to browse through our store for the list of products we carry. If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our store, let us know and we can help you find it. 

6: How can I check my order status?

You may send us an email at info@cimadex.com or call us at (310) 400 9156. You may also enter your tracking number in the Customer Tracking Portal Track My Order for each individual tracking number. 

7: What methods of payment do you accept?

8: Do you offer any other products that are not listed on the website?

Yes, we work with several different manufacturers who carry a combined total of over one million products. So, if you can’t find what you are looking for, let us know and we will help you find it.

9: What brands do you carry?

We work with different manufacturers and carry over 300 brands. Our most popular brands are, Covidien, Smiths Medical, Beckton Dickenson, Welch Allyn, and Carex.

10: Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, we do but it depends on the value of the product and the quantity requested. Please send us your inquiries at orders@cimadex.com and one of our customer service agents will follow up with you within 2-3 hours.

11: Do you price match?

At Cimadex we always strive to provide our customers with the best quality products at the most competitive prices. We typically offer price matching on the majority of products we carry, so if you find that a competitor is selling the same product for less, please let us know. Please email us your inquiries at info@cimadex.com, and include a link to the competitor's website where you found the item.

12: Can I have a product drop-shipped from the manufacturer?

Yes, if that option is available. There is usually $10-$95 drop shipping fee charged by the manufacturer.

13: Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance?

Unfortunately, we don't directly bill any 3rd party insurance payer (Medicare/Medicaid).

14: Website Errors/Changes

At Cimadex, we reserve the right to revise prices, correct price errors and product descriptions/literature found on our website or any other advertising website. We are not responsible for misleading information from data provided by our manufacturer partners.
